ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product / service whose qualities and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER orders electronically through the [www.pavrivey.com] website of the SELLER.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER accepts and declares that he/she has read and understood the basic characteristics, sale price, payment method and delivery information of the product/service specified in this contract and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. The SELLER is obliged to deliver the product/service subject to the contract in full, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and together with the warranty documents, if any.

4.3. Delivery of the product/service will be made to the delivery address specified by the BUYER, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. The BUYER is obliged to check the product before receiving it.

4.4. In order to deliver the product, the product price must be paid in full to the SELLER.

4.5. If the BUYER's credit card is used by unauthorized persons or no payment is made after the product is delivered, the BUYER is obliged to send the delivered product to the SELLER within 3 days.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw the product within 14 days from the date of receipt without giving any justification and without paying any penalty.

5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing.

5.3. When the right of withdrawal is used, the product must be sent back to the SELLER in full with its invoice and original box. Payment will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days after the product reaches the SELLER.

ARTICLE 6 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

The BUYER can make his complaints and objections to consumer courts or consumer arbitration boards.

ARTICLE 7 - ENFORCEMENT

The BUYER declares that he/she has read, understood and approved all the terms of this contract electronically.
